
裘索,法學博士生、畢業(yè)于復旦大學法律系、獲法學學士學位、日本早稻田大學民商法專業(yè)、主攻公司重組、獲法學碩士學位。1988年,參加全國律師資格考試合格,由司法行政官員轉轍為專職律師。1989年,被推薦參加司法部舉辦的房地產(chǎn)法律與實務研修。后赴日留學,1998年10月19日,獲日本法務大臣認可,取得日本國外國法事務律師資格, 注冊于日本東京第二律師協(xié)會(注冊號:G00241),F(xiàn)任東京第二律師協(xié)會國際委員會委員、上海市律師協(xié)會知識產(chǎn)權委員會會員。
赴日留學前,裘索辦理了大量的民事訴訟和刑事訴訟案件,并為當時的國營企業(yè)等顧問單位提供了訴訟與非訴訟的法律服務。在日獲碩士學位后,受聘于東京都城山綜合律師事務所(現(xiàn)為布萊克摩爾律師事務所),并任聯(lián)合國亞洲犯罪預防基金會(本部東京)的長期顧問。2001年5月,裘索被推選為聯(lián)合國亞洲犯罪預防基金會的代表,出席了在維也納聯(lián)合國會議中心舉行的聯(lián)合國犯罪預防刑事司法第十屆世界大會。
在日本供職期間,裘索律師除了協(xié)同日本律師為日本企業(yè)提供了廣泛的中國法的服務外,還積極從事并成功推動了中日法律實務和法學理論的交流,2000年10月被無記名投票推選為在日中國律師聯(lián)合會首任副會長,并在中日核心報刊上發(fā)表中日法律實務及律師制度方面的論文二十余篇,作為唯一的專職律師被聘任為中國檢察官培訓中心(上海)的客座教授,其專著《日本國律師制度》和《日本國檢察制度》是中國首次全面地、系統(tǒng)地向國人介紹日本律師制度和檢察制度的著作,也被稱為近年來此類著作中最好的寫作之一。合著《赴日經(jīng)商法律實務》、《海外投資實務》。同時,裘索律師還受上海華東政法學院邀請,擔任其客座教授一職,并受到上海市國際商務法律研究會公司法專業(yè)委員會邀請,擔任其常務理事職務。
1999年,裘索成為錦天城律師事務所的合伙人,將其工作重心由東京逐步轉轍上海,擔任了東京證券交易所上市企業(yè)及其現(xiàn)地法人等諸多日資企業(yè)的法律顧問,裘索客戶包括:日本的銀行、大型電器生產(chǎn)商、著名綜合商社、大型建筑公司、航海公社等。裘索精于中日兩國的法律和語言, 在日本留學、工作以及在美國哥倫比亞大學進修和在紐約的生活經(jīng)歷使她受到了東西方兩種文化的熏陶。上海電視臺、日本NHK等對裘索作了專題報道。2004年,裘索被評為“上海市十佳優(yōu)秀女律師”,2005年2月被日本權威的法律雜志《法律家》評選為封面人物,以“為推動中日兩國法律發(fā)展所作出的貢獻”作了專題報道。

Working Experience:
After she passed the PRC bar examination in 1988, she resigned from her job as a government judicial officer and started her career as a professional attorney. Before she studied in Japan, she handled many civil and criminal litigation cases. She was appointed as the legal advisor for State-owned enterprises. After graduation from Waseda University, she practiced at former Tokyo Shiroyama Sogo Law Office (now Blekemore Law Offices). She became a partner of Allbright in 1999. Now she is the legal advisor for many Japanese corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including Japanese banks, trade companies, electrical appliances manufactures, multinational companies, construction companies and etc. She was voted to be one of the top ten female lawyers in Shanghai in 2004. This was the second time since the re-establishment of the attorney system in China. Recently her story has been reported by the well-known Japanese legal magazine The Lawyers as the cover story for her success in the promotion of bilateral trade and exchanges of legal matters between China and Japan.
